Recipe Ingredients for The Skinny Girl Lychee Martini

2 oz premium vodka
1 oz of lychee juice (you can purchase 20 oz cans of Lychees in their own syrup at the grocery store)
1 oz of club soda (a tip I use when making cocktails, it makes for a lighter drink)
2 oz lychees (2 lychees), for garnish

Recipe Directions for The Skinny Girl Lychee Martini

  1. Combine ice, vodka and lychee juice in cocktail shaker.

  2. Shake well and strain into a chilled martini glass, add lychees for garnish.

  3. (Optional) Prior to making the drink, rim the glass with fresh ginger, and dip in colored sugar (available at Williams Sonoma, etc...)

  4. *Side note: Don't consume more than two! :)
