Recipe Ingredients for Skinny English Farmhouse Salad

1/2 Granny Smith apple, cored and thinly sliced
2 oz salad greens
2 tbsp grated parmesan
1/2 tbsp splenda no calorie
1/4 tsp dry mustard
2 tbsp white vinegar
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1/2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tbsp vegetable oil

Recipe Directions for Skinny English Farmhouse Salad

  1. Whisk together Splenda, dry mustard, white vinegar, apple cider vinegar and Worcestershire sauce until Spleda is dissolved.

  2. Slowly add oil in a stream, whisking to emulsify. Season with salt and pepper to taste.In a large salad bowl, toss spring mix and cheese.Add vinaigrette to taste and gently toss.

  3. Top with apple slices and serve immediately.
