Low fat low cal chocolate chip cookies

Recipe Ingredients for skinny cookies

1 1/4 cups whole wheat flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
4 tablespoons canola oil
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1 large egg
2 tablespoons soy milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/4 cups bittersweet chocolate chips

Recipe Directions for skinny cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees, and spray two cookie sheets with Pam.

  2. Combine the white whole wheat flour, baking soda and salt and set aside.

  3. Mix the oil and brown and granulated sugars together and then add in the egg, soy milk and vanilla extract.

  4. Fold in the chocolate chips to the mixture.

  5. Put the dough in the refrigerator for 10 minutes to help keep the shape of your cookies while you bake them.

  6. Make 1 inch balls and separate them on the cookie sheet so they do not form one giant cookie while they are baking.

  7. Bake the cookies for 10-12 minutes. Cool the cookies for 10 minutes.
