this recipe is a family secret. i tweaked some ingredients to bring down fat and calories. ifvyou like you can use low fat cheese. i just dont like the rubbery consistency it has after cooking

11 oz 98% Fat Free Cream of Mushroom Soup
11 oz 98% Fat Free Cream of Mushroom Soup
794 grams Turkey, Fryer-roasters, Breast, Meat Only
2 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Broccoli
8 oz Olive Oil Mayonnaise
2 cup Rice, White, Long-grain, Regular, Cooked
2 tsp Lemon Juice, Canned Or Bottled
2 tsp Curry Powder
16 oz Cheese

Recipe Directions for skinny classy turkey

cut turkey into chunks and cook however you like. while turkey is cooking, mix cans of soup, mayo, lemon juice and curry in a bowl. mix completely until well blended. cut broccoli into spears, lay them done in a lightly greased (i use pam) 9x13 pan, then turkey, then sauce followed by the shredded cheese. cook at 375 for 30 minutes.let cool 10 minutes and serve on top of rice.
