Recipe Ingredients for skinny clam chowder

14 oz chopped clams
1 medium potato, diced
1/2 medium onion, diced
2 quarts water
1/2 cup half and half
4 chicken bouillon cubes
1 tbsp old bay
1/4 tsp celery salt
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp black pepper

Recipe Directions for skinny clam chowder

  1. boil potatoes and onions in the water for 15-20 minutes

  2. add all other ingredients and simmer for additional 20 minutes.
