Low calorie filling alternative to the classic chili.

Recipe Ingredients for Skinny Chili

2 oz. mushrooms
1 lb. extra lean ground beef
45 oz. green beans, drained
30 oz. tomato sauce
2 cups water
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Recipe Directions for Skinny Chili

  1. Cook and drain ground beef. Mix all ingredients together in crockpot and simmer. Add in onions and bacon if desired.

  2. Serve with salad or cornbread.

  3. Even better the next day.
