Recipe Ingredients for Skinny Chili

8 oz Extra Lean Ground Beef
1/4 cup, chopped Onions
2 clove Garlic
170 1/10 grams All Natural Medium Salsa
1 tbsp Chili Powder
8 oz White Shirataki Bag (Yam Noodle)
1 tbsp Organic Certified Tomato Ketchup
1 large whole (3" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe

Recipe Directions for Skinny Chili

pan fry extra lean ground beef with chopped onions, minced garlic and chopped tomatoes. Add salsa, chili powder, ketchup and chopped shirataki noodles. Add red pepper or tabasco to taste. Cook for 15 minutes
