Recipe Ingredients for Skinny Chicken & Broccoli Alfredo

2 cup, chopped Broccoli
8 oz Fettuccini
2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
32 oz Boneless, skinless chicken breast tenderloins
2 tsp Garlic
0.1 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
1 cup Chicken Broth
6 oz Plain Nonfat
0.33 cup (makes 1 cup reconstituted milk) Milk, Dry, Nonfat, Instant
1 dash Pepper, Black
1 tsp Nutmeg, Ground

Recipe Directions for Skinny Chicken & Broccoli Alfredo

Cook Pasta according to directions. Saute garlic in Olive oil. Whisk in flour until smooth. Gradually whixk in the chicken broth to low boil stirring constantly. Lower heat and simmer, stirring gently unti mixture thiickens. Stir in parmesan. Add cooked chicken and broccoli to sauce mixture, followed by pasta. Toss to combine, serve with more parmesan if desired.
