A refreshing soup, ideal as a snack or light lunch

Recipe Ingredients for Skinny Celery Soup

1 1tsp Olive Oil
600 grams Celery
120 grams Onions
4 grams Gravy
4 cup (8 fl oz) Water
1 clove Garlic
1 tbsp Rosemary, Fresh

Recipe Directions for Skinny Celery Soup

  1. Fry the onions in the olive oil until soft and clear, add stock cube, garlic and herbs , then add the chopped celery and fry for 1 minute before adding about 2 pints of boiling water.

  2. Boil for 30 minutes or so until the celery is tender.

  3. Blend with a hand blender until smooth and portion into pots.

  4. Enjoy!
