Alfredo Sauce for Skinny Chicken & Broccoli

Recipe Ingredients for Skinny Alfredo

2 1tsp Olive Oil
0.25 cup Garlic
0.13 cup Bread Flour
1 serving Light and Fat Free Chicken Broth
4 oz No Fat Plain Greek Yogurt
0.25 cup Milk, Lowfat, Fluid, 1% Milkfat
0.75 cup Parmesan, Grated Cheese

Recipe Directions for Skinny Alfredo

Heat olive oil, add garlic, cook, stirring frequently until garlic is golden. Whisk in flour, gradually whisk in chicken broth, yogurt, milk, pepper and nutmeg. Bring to boil, stirring constantly. Lower heat & simmer, until mixture thickens. Stir in Parmesan. Add Best Broccoli & Grilled Chicken
