Recipe Ingredients for Skinless Chicken Thighs with veggeis

4 1/2 tbsp olive oil
12 oz potatoes
6 cups mushroom
1 1/2 large onion
5 cloves garlic
1 1/2 lbs asparagus
233 g chicken thighs
1 tsp salt
1 cup chicken broth
1 1/2 tsp snipped tarragon
231 g red bell pepper

Recipe Directions for Skinless Chicken Thighs with veggeis

  1. Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in large 12" skillet.Fry potato until brown.

  2. Add mushrooms and onions, cook about 5 to 6 minutes stirring often.Add garlic and asparagus and cook for another 2 minutes. Add Red bell pepper and cook for another 1 minutes. Set aside on a bowl.

  3. Heat 2 1/2 olive on the same skillet. Saute chicken in hot oil until cooked. Add chicken broth. Let broth boil the simmer until broth is reduced to a a tablespoon.

  4. Adjust heat to high and stir in the vegetable.

  5. Add taragon before serving
