Recipe Ingredients for Skillet Tomatoes

1 garlic clove, crushed
2 medium tomatoes, cut in half lengthwise
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano leaves, crushed 2027]
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
20 grams (1/4 cup) freshly grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese

Recipe Directions for Skillet Tomatoes

Grease a large nonstick skillet with olive oil-flavored cooking sprayand heat over medium heat. Saute the garlic until fragrant, 1 minute. Add the tomatoes, cut side down, and fry until hot and lightly browned, about 2 minutes. Turn over and sprinkle with the remaining ingredients. Serve hot or at room temperature.
