8 ounces Jiffy Buttermilk Biscuit Mix - Add on later.

Recipe Ingredients for Skillet Dinner

1 pound ground turkey
16 ounces tomato juice
1/3 cup ketchup
8 ounces tomato sauce
1 cup egg noodles
2/3 cup skim milk
16 ounces mixed vegetables

Recipe Directions for Skillet Dinner

  1. Brown the meat in skillet.

  2. Can substitute with beef

  3. Add tomato juice, sauce and ketchup.

  4. Add veggies.

  5. Add noodles.

  6. Mix milk and package of Jiffy Biscuit mix. Add to top of skillet dinner and replace lid. Turn down to 200 degrees for 10 minutes.
