Recipe Ingredients for skillet chili chicken

2 unit+yield+from+1+lb+ready-to-cook+chicken chicken breasts
1 1/2 tsp chili powder
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp cumin
1 tbsp canola oil
1 1/2 cloves garlic
1/2 onion
4 oz Green Chili Enchilada Sauce
1 cup chicken broth
3 tbsp flour
3 tbsp water
3 tbsp sour cream

Recipe Directions for skillet chili chicken

Rub the chicken with the spices. Heat the oil and brown chicken on both sides (3 minutes/side). Add garlic, onion, enchilada sauce and chicken broth. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Drain sauce. Add flour and water mixture to thicken the sauce. Stir constantly. Once the sauce is thick add sour cream and put over chicken.
