Recipe Ingredients for skillet chicken and roast veggies

12 ounce chicken breasts
1 green bell pepper, sliced
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 large onion, diced
2 cups celery, sliced
4 large carrots, sliced
3 medium zucchinis, sliced
2 cups sweet peas
2 cups green beans
2 cups sweet corn
2 cups broccoli
1 chicken bouillon cube
2 tbsp. paprika
2 tbsp. minced garlic

Recipe Directions for skillet chicken and roast veggies

  1. place chicken peices in a medium skillet and pour in about a cup of water. set over medium heat and cover. allow water to come to simmer add the chicken bolion cube and other spices (garlic and paprika) continue cooking until done

  2. on two or three large cookie sheets place all your veggies and roast in a 400 degree oven for 45 min to an hour or till veggies are done to your liking

  3. (you may want to coat the veggies with a bit of olive oil and sum salt and pepper just for a little extra carmalization and flavor)
