Veggies and canned chicken with noodles

Recipe Ingredients for Skillet Chicken Pasta

2 tbsp. butter
36 grams chopped celery
98 grams chopped carrot
36 grams chopped broccoli
15 grams all-purpose flour
3 cups Swanson chicken broth
288 grams dry rotini pasta
200 grams canned chicken

Recipe Directions for Skillet Chicken Pasta

  1. Recipe and directions differ to make up for calorie differences. Read directions FIRST.

  2. Cook celery and carrots and butter until butter is melted and veggies are almost tender. Add flour, along with desired spices (I used onion and garlic powders, pepper, and a dash of salt). Stir in 3 CUPS 99% fat free chicken broth. Bring to a boil. Add dry pasta (about 3 cups). Cook on medium-high heat about five minutes, stirring frequently.

  3. Add one 9.75 ounce can of chicken and the broccoli. Continue cooking until pasta is tender.
