Recipe Ingredients for Skillet Beef Tamales

16 oz Beef, Ground, 85% Lean Meat / 15% Fat, Crumbles
0.33 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Green
0.33 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Red
16 oz Old El Paso Salsa Thick N Chunky Make Mine Medium
0.75 cup Corn, Sweet, Yellow
6 tortilla 8" Multi Grain
6 oz Fat Free Cheddar
5 tbsp Fat Free Sour Cream

Recipe Directions for Skillet Beef Tamales

In a large nonstick skillet coated w/ cooking spary, cook beef and peppers over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Stir in salsa, corn and 2tbsp water; bring to a boil. Stir in tortilla strips. Reduce heats; cover and simmer for 10-15 mins. Sprinkle w/ cheese; cover and cook 2-3 mins longer. Serve w/ sour cream
