Recipe Ingredients for Skillet Beef Stroganoff (Knorr)

16 oz Beef, Ground, 85% Lean Meat / 15% Fat, Crumbles
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
0.5 serving Garlic Cloves
1.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water
0.5 cup Milk, Reduced Fat, Fluid, 2% Milkfat
1 tbsp Salted Butter
2 serving Stroganoff Fettucini in Sour Cream and Mushroom Sauce (Knorr Pasta Sides)

Recipe Directions for Skillet Beef Stroganoff (Knorr)

  1. Brown ground beef with onion and garlic in 12-inch non-stick skillet over medium heat. Drain and set aside.

  2. Sir in water, milk and butter and bring to a boil. Stir in Pasta Sides and return to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to minimum and cook, stirring occassionaly, 8 minutes or until pasta is tender.

  3. Stir in ground beef mixtire; heat through
