Recipe Ingredients for Skewerless Stovetop Chicken Kabobs

1 boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into cubes
3/4 cup fat free caesar italian dressing , divided
2 large bell peppers, cut into 3/4 inch pieces
2 small zucchini, cute into 1/2 inch slices
1 lb fresh mushrooms, halved
1 large onion, cut into wedges
1 cup grape tomatoes
1/4 tsp pepper
1/8 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Skewerless Stovetop Chicken Kabobs

  1. In a large nonstick skillet, saute chicken in 1/4 cup salad dressing until no longer pick. Remove and keep warm.

  2. In the same pan, cook the vegetable, alone with salt & pepper, in remaining salad dressing until crisp tender. Return chicken to skillet; heat through.
