Recipe Ingredients for Sizzling Shrimp w/ Corn Relish

2 wedge yields Lime Juice
1 tbsp Fish Sauce
0.5 tsp Sugars, Granulated
2 tbsp Olive Oil
4 oz Shallots
1 clove Garlic
1/3 cup sliced Jalapeno Pepper
24 oz Shrimp, Mixed Species
3 ear, yields Corn, Sweet, Yellow
2.75 oz Cilantro

Recipe Directions for Sizzling Shrimp w/ Corn Relish

  1. Combine lime juice, fish sauce, and sugar; set aside.

  2. Heat 14-in wok over high heat. Add oil to wok, swirl to coat. Add shallots, garlic, and jalapenos to wok. Stir-fry 30 seconds or just until shallots begin to brown. Add shrimp; stir-fry 3 minutes or until shrimp are done. Add corn; stir-fry 1 minute or just until corn is heated. Stir in juice mixture; sprinkle with cilantro.
