Recipe Ingredients for Sizzlin' Steak Fajitas

3/4 pound (lean) flank steak
2 tsp cumin
2 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
4 medium (8-inch) flour tortillas
1 tsp vegetable oil
2 cups sliced onions
31 g (1/3 cup) green pepper, sliced
31 g (1/3 cup) red pepper, sliced
31 g (1/3 cup) yellow pepper, sliced
1 tbsp lime juice
1/4 cup nonfat sour cream

Recipe Directions for Sizzlin' Steak Fajitas

  1. Trim fat from steak.

  2. Slice steak diagonally across grain into thin strips.

  3. Combine steak and next six ingredients (through crushed red pepper) in a zip-top-heavy-duty plastic bag; seal bag, and shake well to coat.

  4. Heat 1 tsp oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak, onion, and peppers; saute 6 minutes or until steak is done.

  5. Remove from heat; stir in lime juice.

  6. Heat four tortillas in microwave for 1 minute. Divide mixture evenly among warm tortillas, and roll up. Serve with sour cream.
