Recipe Ingredients for Six Treasures

1/2 cup oatmeal
1/4 cup soy beans
1/4 cup mung beans
1/4 cup adzuki beans
1/4 cup brown rice
1/4 cup white rice, glutenous
1 1/2 liter water
6 tablespoons ground flax seeds

Recipe Directions for Six Treasures

  1. Soak all the ingredients overnight.

  2. Bring all the ingredients into a pressure-cooker with plenty of water (about 1 to 1.5 liter).

  3. Cook on medium-low heat for several hours, checking frequently until done.
