Recipe Ingredients for Six Layer Dish

400 grams ground beef, lean
1/3 cup long grain rice, uncooked
2 medium potatoes, russet, sliced
2 medium carrots, sliced
1 zucchini, green, sliced
1 large red onion, sliced
28 ounce tomatoes, diced
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon ground pepper

Recipe Directions for Six Layer Dish

  1. Grrease shallow baking dish (2 qts). Layer rice, and vegetables seasoning each layer. Pour tomatoes over all and sprinkle brown sugar over the top. Bake at 375 for 1 hour.

  2. For men: add 1/2 cup shredded cheese
