Recipe Ingredients for Six Bean Chili

14 oz kidney beans
14 oz diced tomatoes
1 medium onion, diced
2 stalks celery, diced
1/2 red pepper, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp chili powder
3 tbsp lime juice
3 tbsp chopped cilantro
2 tbsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for Six Bean Chili

Soften the celery and onions in oil until translucent. Add the garlic and red pepper. Cook for 3-4 minutes, then add the spices. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, then add the lime juice. Add the tomatoes, and simmer for 15 minutes at minimum. Add the cilantro at the end of cooking.
