Recipe Ingredients for Sissy's Light Chicken Parmesan

2 tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar - Pompeian
4 cups Diced Tomatoes
2 tablespoons sugar
299 grams chicken tenders
2 teaspoons italian seasoning
1 teaspoon basil
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup italian bread crumbs
2 cups shredded mozarella
140 grams cooked spaghetti

Recipe Directions for Sissy's Light Chicken Parmesan

  1. Mix diced tomatoes, italian seasoning, basil, oregano, and black pepper in skillet, bring to boil.

  2. Mix in balsamic vinegar and sugar, reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes.

  3. Satuee chicken covered in bread crumbs in a pan

  4. Place chicken in casserole dish, cover with tomato mixture, sprinkle mozarella on top.

  5. Bake for 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
