Slightly healthier version of homemade soup.

Recipe Ingredients for Sirloin soup

2 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery
3/4 cup chopped raw Vidalia Onion
3/4 small Peppers, Sweet, Red
1 small (4" long) Pepper, Banana
9/20 medium Green Bell Pepper
4 carrots
4 red potatoes
1/2 cup lima beans
2 serving Herb Ox instant beef bouillion
1/2 cup green peas
336 g 93% lean ground beef mine
1 serving cordina whole tomatoes
11 oz. Niblets No Salt Added
15 oz. Tomato Soup
1 tbsp. olive oil

Recipe Directions for Sirloin soup

Saute onions, celery, and peppers in olive oil. Add chopped carrots and potatoes. Let saute together until slightly tender. Push vegetables to the side of the pan and ad 2/3 lb. ground sirloin(93%lean). Put lid back on and cook until meat is no longer pink. Add soup, tomatoes, corn, peas and lima beans and one can of water. If using whole tomatoes cut them up before adding other vegetables.
