Recipe Ingredients for Sirloin with Carmelized Onions

3 oz Beef Sirloin
1 small Onion, sliced
1/2 tbsps Worcestershire Sauce
3/4 tsps Sugar

Recipe Directions for Sirloin with Carmelized Onions

  1. Lightly coat skillet with cooking spray; heat over hight heat until hot. Add onion; cook and stir until browned (~4 minutes); Remove from skillet and set aside

  2. Coat same skillet with cooking spray; heat until hot. Add beef; cook 10 to 13 minutes for medium-rare to medium, turning once. Remove from heat and transfer to cutting board; let stand 3 minutes before slicing

  3. Meanwhile, return skillet to high heat until hot; add onion, Worcestershire sauce and sugar along with some water. Cook 30 to 45 seconds, or until most liquid has evaporated.

  4. Thinly slice beef on the diagonal and serve with onions
