Grilled Sirloin steak, served with boiled potato & roasted cherry tomatoes, and sauteed french beans, mushroom and fresh basil pesto, and topped with a reduction of balsamic vinegar.

Recipe Ingredients for Sirlion Steak

4 oz. Cooked Potato
3 oz. Mushroom
4 oz. Tomato
4 oz. French Beans
8 oz. Steak
2 oz. Balsamic Vinegar
4 oz. Basil Pesto

Recipe Directions for Sirlion Steak

Let balsamic vinegar reduce to 1/3.Boil potato and let cool down, after that slice. Roast cherry tomato in oven with sea salt and fresh pepper.Saute french beans, and mushroom, keep warm. Grill sirlion to liking, and top of with basil pesto and the reduction of balsamic vinegar.
