Recipe Ingredients for Siri's Parmesean Chicken Burgers

1/2 lb. ground chicken
1/4 cup panko
1/2 cup grated Parmesan
1/4 cup nonfat yogurt
1/2 tsp chopped thyme
1/2 tsp chopped rosemary
1/2 tsp chopped basil
1/4 tsp oregano
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 T olive oil
1/2 tomato, sliced into 2 slices
1 c. diced tomatos

Recipe Directions for Siri's Parmesean Chicken Burgers

  1. Combine first 12 ingredients in a bowl and stir with spoon or hands.

  2. Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Form 4 burger patties and place in hot oil.

  3. Saute for approx. 6 minutes per side, until you have a golden brown crust.

  4. Preheat broiler to high. Place burgers on a baking sheet. Spoon a dollop of Arribiata on each burger. Top with a tomato slice and then the cheese.

  5. Place under broiler for a couple of minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
