Recipe Ingredients for Sinless Baked French Toast

4 slices whole wheat bread (Arnolds honey WW)
1 cup vanilla soymilk
2 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs

Topping:
1/2 cup fresh granola
1 T brown sugar

Recipe Directions for Sinless Baked French Toast

  1. Tear bread roughly into 1 inch pieces and layer into pan

  2. combine the rest of the ingredients for soak mixture in a bowl, then pour over the top of bread.

  3. Gently press bread down into liquid, but don?t over-squish

  4. Cover with Saran wrap and refrigerate overnight (but not over 24 hours)

  5. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F

  6. Simply press the bread more into the soak mixture

  7. Sprinkle topping evenly over mixture (don?t forget the edges!)

  8. and bake for ~40 minutes or until it POOFS! And it DOES!!!!

  9. Serve with fruit, almond butter, fruit butter, maple syrup or chocolate syrup!!!
