Recipe Ingredients for Single-serving lentil soup

1/4 cup lentils (dry)
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped tomato
2 tablespoons chopped basil leaves
1 teaspoon malt vinegar
1/2 teaspoon olive oil

Recipe Directions for Single-serving lentil soup

  1. Boil the lentils until as soft as you desire.

  2. While they are cooking, in a pan saute the onion, tomato and basil in a little olive oil.

  3. Once lentils are cooked, combine into the pan with the onions and tomatoes.

  4. Add the malt vinegar and mix.

  5. It was really yummy.
