Recipe Ingredients for Single-serving Chocolate Cheesecake

1/4 c. grape nuts
1/2 c. cream cheese, fat free
2 T splenda granular
1/4 c. egg substitute
1/4 c. vanilla yogurt, fat free
1/4 t. vanilla
1/4 c. cocoa powder

Recipe Directions for Single-serving Chocolate Cheesecake

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Spray 4-7oz ramekins with non-stick spray. Evenly divide the grapenuts among the dishes.

  3. In food processor (or with hand mixer) combine all other ingrediants. Spoon evenly into the 4 dishes.

  4. Cook for 12-15 minutes until centers are set.

  5. You may add fat-whipped cream and a dusting of cocoa powder if desired. This isn't included in the nutritional breakdown.
