1/4 cup Short Grain Brown Rice
2 medium Carrots, Baby
10 grams Kalamata Whole Olives
0.3 box Raisins Mini-Snacks
0.15 cup, chopped Broccoli
0.2 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Red
0.25 small Onions
85 4/5 grams Cannellini Beans

Recipe Directions for Single Serve Rice Bowl

  1. cook the rice for 10-15 min. before adding in all other ingredients except olives and beans. Season with any combination of spices you prefer.

  2. When water is almost entirely gone, add the olives & beans & mix well.
