Recipe Ingredients for Single Serve Low fat cheese cake

2 tsp graham cracker crumbs
2 oz cream cheese fat free
1 tbsp light ricotta cheese
1 tbsp fat free sour cream
2 1/2 tbsp Splenda no calorie
1 tsp flour
1 1/2 tbsp egg beaters

Recipe Directions for Single Serve Low fat cheese cake

  1. Spray 7 oz ramekin and coat with graham cracker crumbs.

  2. Combine all ingredients and mix until smooth

  3. Cook in 325 degree oven for 40 minutes

  4. Turn off oven and let it sit in the oven for 10 minutes

  5. Let it cool and eat or top with sugar free pie filling for around 35 extra calories
