Single Serve Double Chocolate Chip Waffle

Recipe Ingredients for Single Serve Double Chocolate Chip Waffle

1 serving Flour
25 grams Stevia
8 grams Special Dark Cocoa
0.5 tsp Baking Powder
1/8 tsp Baking Soda
0.13 tsp Salt
2 fl oz Vanilla
10 grams Egg, White
0.5 tsp Vanilla Extract
8 grams Real Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

Recipe Directions for Single Serve Double Chocolate Chip Waffle

  1. Preheat the waffle maker to 400F.

  2. Combine the flour, Stevia, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a small mixing bowl.

  3. In a separate bowl, pour in the almond milk, egg whites, vanilla, and butter flavor and whisk until smooth. Add this mixture to the dry ingredients, and whisk to combine. With a rubber spatula, fold in the chocolate chip pieces.

  4. Spray the waffle maker with cooking spray (top and bottom plates). Pour the batter on the bottom plate, and close the top. Cook for 5 minutes, or until the waffles are as crisp as you like them.
