1 individual packet Sugars, Granulated

Recipe Directions for singhoda no sheero

  1. Method for making Singhara ka Halwa

  2. Heat fat

  3. Lightly brown singhara ka atta

  4. Add sugar, water/milk and raisins

  5. Cook slowly till the water/milk is absorbed, stirring all the time

  6. Remove when cooked

  7. (Add cashewnuts, rose water and crushed cardamoms.)

  8. Serve hot
