330 grams Simply Organic Pumpkin Cake Mix
217 grams Pacific Natural Foods Organic Pumpkin Puree
2 serving Kirkland Real Egg Product (1/4 cup liquid eggs)

Recipe Directions for Simply Organic Pumpkin Cake - Prepared

  1. PREHEAT oven to 350 degrees. Grease the bottom of an 8" or 9" cake pan.

  2. COMBINE eggs (slightly beaten), 2 TBSP of water, and pumpkin puree into a mixing bowl.

  3. ADD contents of Simply Organic Pumpkin Cake package.

  4. STIR until mixture is evenly moist.

  5. POUR into prepared cake pan.

  6. BAKE for 30 - 40 minutes, or until center tests done with a toothpick or knife. Do not under bake. Cake should begin to pull away from sides of pan.

  7. COOL, loosen edges and turn onto serving plate.
