this is a great side dish for any meal you want to add a little color, vitamins and vegetables. if you chill it and add whole wheat cooked pasta, vinegar and oil it makes a great pasta salad as well.

Recipe Ingredients for Simply good vegtables

13 1/2 oz(85 g) Baby Cut Carrots
3 cup, chopped Cabbage
100 grams Coriander Leaves
1 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Yellow
6 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery
1 tbsp Shortening, Organic
1/2 tsp Sea Salt
3/4 tsp Spices Ground Black Pepper
2 tsp Paprika

Recipe Directions for Simply good vegtables

  1. chop all veggies similar in size except coriander which you chop just coarse

  2. heat skillet or wok really hot almost smokin

  3. toss carrots in pan and cook while stirring constantly about 2-3 min depending on size of pieces (a good size is a whole small baby carrot)

  4. add additional veggies (except coriander) and spices, cook another 4-5 min stirring constantly you do not want veggies cooked only heated

  5. add coriander, cover, remove from heat and let stand 10 min before serving
