Pancakes with flax seed and wheat flour

Recipe Ingredients for Simply Delicious Pancakes

3 tbs margarine, melted
1 tsp vanilla
2 tbls sugar
1 egg
1 cup of skim milk
1/2 cup of wheat flour
1/2 cup of flour
2 1/2 tsp baking powder

Recipe Directions for Simply Delicious Pancakes

  1. Melt the butter in the microwave for 22 seconds. Next add the flax seeds, sugar, vanilla, and egg. Mix together then add the milk. Mix again then add the flour and baking powder. Mix again with a wire wisk until smooth. If batter is too thick add a tablespoon of milk at a time until it is looser.

  2. serving size is 1/8 of a cup of batter
