simplest mufins. 1 cup of chocolate chips seems like a bit much, I'd only use 1/2 cup next time.

Recipe Ingredients for Simplest Muffins

2 cup OG Whole Wheat Pastry Flour
0.5 serving (King Arthur Flour) Six Grain Flakes 1-cup
0.5 cup Sugars, Granulated
0.5 tsp Salt, Table
2 tsp Pure Foods Baking Powder
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
16 tbsp Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels
1 serving Milk
0.25 cup Vegetable Oil, Canola
3 large Egg, Whole

Recipe Directions for Simplest Muffins

  1. Mix all the dry ingredients

  2. Mix all the wet ingredients with a blender.

  3. Hand mix the wet into the dry, don't stir too much.

  4. Divide into a greased 12-muffin pan.

  5. Bake at 425 for 15 - 18 minutes.

  6. Remove from over and let sit for 5 minutes.

  7. Remove from pan and eat.

  8. Good Luck.
