This is very easy to make, and it makes salad easy to eat. Much lighter than store bought salad dressings. The serving size is 1 teaspoon--use more if you like.

Recipe Ingredients for Simple Vinaigrette

1/2 cup apple cider vinegar, organic, unfiltered
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup olive oil, extra virgin
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Recipe Directions for Simple Vinaigrette

  1. Shake the vinegar well and poor into a bowl.

  2. Add the honey and start to whisk.

  3. While whisking, drizzle in the olive oil. Keep whisking until the mixture is lighter in color.

  4. Add the salt and pepper, whisk a bit more.

  5. Store in an air tight container in the cupboard--refrigeration makes the oil solidify.
