Recipe Ingredients for Simple Veggie Soup

64 oz chicken broth
1 head cabbage
4 carrots
6 stalks of celery
2 zucchinis
1 1/2 cup green beans
1 onion
1 clove garlic
3 red potatoes, medium

Recipe Directions for Simple Veggie Soup

  1. Saute onions, carrots, celery for a few minutes until softened.

  2. Add all other chopped veggies and broth.

  3. Simmer for 20-25 minutes until fragrant and all veggies are cooked through. Season to taste.
