Very simple veggie burger. Makes six small patties or three medium patties.

Recipe Ingredients for Simple Veggie Burger

1/4 cup chopped(25 g) Green Onions
1/2 cup Dark Red Kidney Beans
3 medium Carrots, Baby
1 packet (28 g) Instant Oatmeal Original
1 oz Whole Wheat Flour
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 serving Hot Sauce
1 serving smart balance omega cooking spray (3 seconds for my serving for cooking)
0.25 cup Bread Crumbs Plain

Recipe Directions for Simple Veggie Burger

Mash the beans, shred the carrots, and dice the green onion. Mix together the beans, carrots, green onion, oatmeal packet, 2 tbsp flour, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp hot sauce, and 2 to 5 tbsp water (just enough to moisten). Form into patties and coat in bread crumbs. Leave for a few minutes to let them firm a bit. Heat pan to medium or medium high and coat with smart balance omega cooking spray. Place patties in pan and cook until slightly crispy and serve. Additional seasonings for precooked patties are your choice.
