Recipe Ingredients for Simple vegetable stir fry

2 medium squash, sliced
1 large yellow onion, sliced
2 medium carrots, sliced
2 celery stalks, sliced
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1 tbsp fresh ginger, chopped
1 tbsp black bean garlic sauce
2 tbsp. vegetable oil

Recipe Directions for Simple vegetable stir fry

  1. Saute ginger and garlic in oil until aromatic.

  2. Add vegetables and fry over medium high heat until tender

  3. Add black bean garlic sauce, mix through and serve.
