Recipe Ingredients for Simple Vegetable Soup

1 tbsp chopped Onions
1 cup, chopped Carrots
1 cup, diced Celery
1 cup Rice, White, Long-grain, Regular, Cooked

Recipe Directions for Simple Vegetable Soup

  1. Cut vegetables into medium pieces or desired size.

  2. Fill a large pot with cold water and add the chopped vegetables to the pot

  3. Allow the vegetable to simmer for 10 minutes

  4. Add the rice to the pot and continue to let simmer until the rice is fully cooked.

  5. Add any herbs and seasonings if desired
