This is a very simple, low calorie and low fat vegetable soup. I actually use Vegetable Culinary Stock, which has have the calories of most vegetable stocks, but it is not in the database. Can serve with rice. Could add 250g Bok Choy [88196]

38 g Four Cloves Garlic
384 g One Big Onion
222 g Cabbage
474 g Vegetable Stock

  1. Chop all Vegetables

  2. Slow Cook with Stock for a few hours
