1 tsp. nutritional yeast
1 tsp. olive oil
1 tsp. Original Natural Buttery Spread
1 oz. Monterey Jack Cheese Alternative

Recipe Directions for Simple Vegan Breakfast Sandwich

Coat tofu in nutritional yeast, then saute in olive oil until slightly browned. Toast muffin, lightly spread Earth Balance or similar spread. Assemble cheese and tofu onto muffin and warm in toaster oven until cheese is melted.
