28 oz Red Gold Petite Diced Tomatoes
5 leaves Basil, Fresh
1 tbsp, leaves Basil, Dried

Recipe Directions for Simple Tomato Soup

  1. Set a few basil leaves aside for garnishing the soup. Put all other ingredients in a blender, blend to desired consistency. Then heat over a stove.

  2. For variations: add roasted garlic for more flavor, olive oil for a richer soup, greek yogurt for creamier soup.
