A simple wrap for breakfast or any time of day

Recipe Ingredients for Simple Tofu Wrap

6 oz tofu, crumbled
1 tbs margarine
1/4 cup chopped onions
1/4 cup chopped bell peppers
1/2 cup chopped mushrooms
2 tsp nutritional yeast
2 whole wheat tortillas

Recipe Directions for Simple Tofu Wrap

Melt non dairy butter in a pan, saute onions, peppers, and mushrooms. Add garlic, turmeric and nutritional yeast. Crumble tofu on top and cook til heated through. Fill 2 whole wheat tortillas and serve.
