Simple make-ahead dessert, big on taste but low in sugar and fat.

Recipe Ingredients for Simple Summer Fresh Fruit Pie

3/5 oz sugar free strawberry jello
2 cups boiling water
5 1/10 oz instant vanilla pudding
1 1/2 cups skim milk
18 oz graham cracker crusts
1 quart fresh strawberries,
2 bananas, sliced
2 fresh nectarines or peaches
1 pint fresh blueberries

Recipe Directions for Simple Summer Fresh Fruit Pie

  1. 3 hours before serving or night before:

  2. Place jello in a medium bowl, add boiling water and stir to dissolve. (Do not add cold water as called for on box.)

  3. In large bowl, mix together pudding and milk. It will be thicker than usual. Add jello and mix until smooth.
